1. Processing Time
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods (new set releases, holiday sales) processing may take up to 3 business days. Delivery times below start once your order ships.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship with USPS from El Cajon, California. Checkout shows live USPS prices for your exact address and package, and you pay what USPS charges us, with no handling fee or markup. Only the options that fit your order appear at checkout.

3. Free Shipping
Orders of $125 or more (before tax) get free standard shipping anywhere in the United States. Orders of only sleeves ship free at $35 or more. Both amounts are after any deals. Faster services like Priority Mail are still available at their regular USPS price. See our current deals for bulk savings on singles and sleeves.
4. Untracked Letter & Envelope Shipping
The letter and large envelope options are only offered on orders of $20.00 or less (before tax). Larger orders always ship with tracking.
- The letter option is offered for small card orders that fit a standard envelope (up to 3.5 oz and about ¼" thick). Cards go in a penny sleeve and toploader.
- The large envelope option covers small orders up to 13 oz that fit a 15" × 12" × ¾" envelope, such as a stack of singles or a pack of sleeves.
- Neither option includes USPS tracking, so we can’t follow the package or confirm delivery. If a card matters to you, choose Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.
5. Local Pickup
If you’re near our El Cajon store, Local Pickup (free) may show up at checkout. We’ll email you when your order is packed and ready at the counter.
6. Packaging & Protection
- Trading card singles ship in penny sleeves and toploaders, inside a team bag or rigid mailer.
- Board games and sealed product ship in appropriately sized corrugated boxes with padding.
- Graded cards are wrapped in bubble wrap inside a box for maximum protection.
7. Order Tracking
For tracked services, you’ll get an email with your USPS tracking number when your order ships, plus updates as it moves and when it’s delivered. You can also check your order from your account dashboard.
8. International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we’ll work with USPS to resolve it. Untracked letter and large-envelope shipments can’t be traced, so we can’t open a USPS claim for them.
