3. Product Listings & Pricing
We strive to display accurate information, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
4. Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion. Payment is collected at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other methods displayed at checkout.

Lightly Played Games is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
